Rachel is a licensed school counselor who provides counseling to children, adolescents, and their families. She has been practicing since 2006 and has a passion for working with children struggling with ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, divorce recovery, parent support and school issues. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hanover College and received her Masters degree in counseling from Butler University. Rachel’s career in counseling began as a school counselor and has expanded into private practice counseling. She uses cognitive behavioral strategies and believes that play and sand tray therapy are tremendous methods of support for school-aged children. She is currently working toward her Registered Play Therapy certification.
